What are the rates for your services?
Our rates vary depending on your project length and needs. Most of our starting rates are listed on the Services page. Unlisted pricing is due to the customized nature of the service. Contact us today for a complimentary discovery call to assess how we can best support you and your business.
What are the steps to hire you and get started?
First, you contact us here or here.
We schedule a discovery call to assess your needs and follow up with a written proposal outlining project details and pricing based on the call information. Once you approve the proposal, a contract is sent outlining our collaboration. The signed contract and any deposits/payments are due prior to the beginning of support.
What is your cancellation policy?
Either party may initiate termination of service with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice. Please reference your contract for complete company terms and policies.
Do you have a college degree?
Yes! Wendy graduated from St. Petersburg College, earning her AA degree in Psychology.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe, ACH Bank Transfer, and Zelle. Stripe accepts most major credit cards and digital wallets.
